Customers dispatching One-Time-Combinations™ in FLM or Route mode will use the Cencon software to manage their locks and user keys. Each Cencon user has a unique security code encrypted to the USB Key Box. All actions are stored in the activity log's record of events and are tracked by the particular user who was logged into the software.

Bank mode is now included as a component of Cencon software. Designed to operate on a Windows-based PC in the bank branch, Bank mode permits bank management to control and audit Cencon locks on premises, while retaining control by outside contractors such as FLM services and armored cash replenishment services.

If your dispatch center uses a computerized dispatching system, then CenTran may be an appropriate option to consider. CenTran is a Kaba Mas software tool that permits an interface between your dispatching system and the Cencon software. With CenTran, your dispatch center staff need only operate one system in order to dispatch service calls.

The Key Maintenance Utility (KMU) is the perfect tool to maintain Cencon Smart Keys - in the field or in the office. A unique software program, the KMU is designed for the supervisor who is required to periodically check and reset the time in FLM (Blue), Route (Yellow), and Bank (Teal) keys. Regularly updating the keys minimizes time drift common to lithium-battery powered devices and builds an additional audit trail to ensure that the key was used by an authorized Lock User only at the time and date specified.
