Gitcon DXT

Gitcon DXT-22 "Post Office"

Now a Security administrator can manage all user ID badges for the Gitcon "Goods-in-Transit" cargo locking system from a single location.

The DXT-22 "Post Office" is a line-powered Ethernet-enabled communication hub that transmits and receives data between the user's ID badge and the host Gitcon Software. The DXT-22 assures accurate and timely audit information and is easy to use: the user places the ID badge on the DXT-22 and the DXT-22 audits and re-programs the user's ID badge in less than 5 seconds. The DXT-22 Post Office is unattended - operation does not require on-site supervision. The LED screen displays simple operating commands. A key feature is the DXT-22's ability to generate automatic email notices to the security administrator when select events are detected, i.e., Access Denied, Deleted User ID Badge Presented at Lock, Wrong PIN Code Entered.

The DXT-22 can be conveniently located utilizing desktop or wall mounts, inside or outside installation. If service is interrupted from the server, the DXT-22 Post Office continues to record and store transponder audits.
